I would like to thank the amazing Molly Kidd. I recently made a move from Ventura, Ca. to Redding. Molly was recommended to me by my realtor in Ventura and she did not disappoint. Due to some extenuating circumstances I had only one day to visit Redding and find a home to purchase. On the day my children and I arrived to view homes Molly had previewed all of the homes I had already asked to see. She also went out of her way to find several other homes for us to view that I had missed on the MLS. It was one of those homes that I eventually purchased. Without her going above and beyond I may not have found the perfect home for me and mt daughters. During the escrow process Molly was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant contact with me about the process. Not only did she keep in contact with me, she kept in contact with my Ventura realtor about my sale, she worked with my lender to make sure everything was always on track, and she worked with escrow to make sure they always had everything they needed at all times. Molly made what was an extremely stressful time in my life very easy. The whole process was seamless and could not have gone any smoother. The day we arrived in town to move in Molly met us at the house with our keys and a gift basket that even included treats for our puppies.
